I have never been that good with money. I was always asking for more allowance money when I was younger. I just get money in my hands and can’t spend it fast enough. This was not good when I got my first credit card. It didn’t take long for me to have it maxed out. Before I knew it I had 4 of them maxed out and making the minimal payments was getting harder and harder to do. I ended up declaring bankruptcy two years ago. I learned my
lesson that is for sure. The problem is that sometimes I still need a credit card. Later this month for example I am traveling and need one to make a hotel reservation. What I have to do now is to get one of those
prepaid credit cards so I can use that. Maybe someday I will get a regular card again but that won’t be for at least another 5 years.
